The difficulty we face is that most African men lack the knowledge of their intellectual strength, while some have the knowledge, but they so much believe in "hard work" that even when their intellect is required they make use of the physical strength.
I believe we will make a lot of difference when we do the "smart work" by put our intellectual strength in so much of our doings.
